DESTINATION WEDDINGS AND ELOPEMENTS

Your wedding, your destination, your way

Whether you’re escaping to a sunset beach with your favourite people or planning an intimate city elopement, I can help you turn the idea into a plan that actually works.

Destination weddings and elopements give you the freedom to do things differently. But when you’re planning from another city, another country or simply outside the traditional wedding format, there can be a lot to figure out.

I’ll help you work through the logistics, find the right suppliers, keep track of the details and make confident decisions along the way.

Depending on what you need, that could include researching venues and suppliers, reviewing quotes, building your budget and timeline, coordinating travel-related logistics, shaping the overall look and feel of the day and keeping everyone involved on the same page.

Everything is bespoke to you as a couple, designed to help prevent you feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

Made for couples doing things their own way

This could be right for you if you’re dreaming about getting married abroad, considering an intimate UK wedding, planning from overseas or simply looking at the traditional wedding format and thinking: this doesn’t feel very us.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. In fact, we can start from a country, a Pinterest board or a vague idea of how you want the day to feel.

SERVICES

Planning a wedding away from home can come with a lot of added logistics to consider.

You might be trying to compare venues you can’t easily visit, communicate with suppliers in another country, work out guest travel and accommodation or understand exactly what your venue will and won’t take care of.

I can step in wherever you need me most and become the person keeping the bigger picture together.

That might include:

  • venue and supplier research, shortlisting and communication

  • budget guidance and quote comparisons

  • planning timelines and keeping decisions on track

  • guest travel, accommodation and itinerary planning

  • styling direction and sourcing

  • liaison with your venue and suppliers in the lead-up

  • building your wedding-day schedule

  • coordinating the wider logistics around your celebration

For destination weddings where on-the-ground support is required, travel and accommodation costs will be quoted separately and agreed with you in advance.

Destination wedding planning

Eloping gives you the freedom to strip away the things you don’t care about and create a day that feels totally personal.

But intimate doesn’t have to mean improvised.

I can help you find the right setting, building the day around the experience you actually want, then make sure all of the practical details are taken care of - whether it’s just the two of you or you’re bringing some of your favourite people along.

Think incredible food, beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details and enough structure that you can completely switch off and enjoy it.

Elopement planning

If you’re based abroad but getting married in the UK, I can be your eyes, ears and extra pair of hands on the ground. From venue and supplier research to meetings, logistics and keeping everything moving in the lead-up, I can help make planning from another country feel far more manageable.

Planning your UK wedding from overseas

Every destination wedding and elopement is different, so I’ll create a bespoke proposal around what you actually need.

We’ll start with an informal conversation about what you’re planning, where you are in the process and the parts you’d most like to hand over.

From there, I’ll recommend the level of support that makes sense and set out exactly what’s included before you make any decisions.

How it works

I’d love to hear about it.

Tell me where you’re thinking of getting married, what you’ve already planned and where you’d like some help. Even if the plan is currently little more than “we want to disappear somewhere beautiful and get married”, that’s plenty to start with.
